Acquisitions and Disposals

We provide strategic advice on the acquisition and disposal of real estate assets or property companies. Our team handles everything from due diligence to transaction structuring (in close collaboration with our Tax colleagues), drafting and negotiation of the appropriate contractual documents (including asset or share purchase agreements and their ancillary documents),  ensuring transactions are completed smoothly and efficiently. 

Leasing

Our leasing expertise (including sale and lease back, financial leases, built-to-suit, and green leases) covers all asset classes, representing both landlords and tenants in negotiation and drafting contracts, as well as in all types of disputes.

Real Estate Development and Construction

From the first feasibility and permit stage to project completion, our team advises on all stages of real estate (re-)development projects. We assist with planning, permitting, environmental compliance, drafting and negotiating contractual arrangements (including construction contracts, project management agreements, etc.), providing robust support to mitigate risks and achieve successful project delivery. Our experience spans to (re-)development, construction and infrastructure projects and PPP projects. We also advise on complex construction contracts, including Engineering, Procurement & Construction ("EPC") contracts, covering all types of projects.

Real Estate Disputes

While our primary objective is to help our clients anticipate and prevent disputes, we have extensive experience in real estate-related litigation (including disputes involving real estate acquisitions, easements, leases, expropriations, co-ownership, etc.) and construction litigation. We aim to resolve conflicts efficiently and effectively, protecting our clients' interests and minimizing disruption to their operations. In addition to handling complex court cases, we regularly assist our clients in alternative dispute resolution mechanisms (including mediation) as well as in drafting and negotiating settlement agreements.
