I have over 30 years of litigation experience specialising in corporate litigation, commercial disputes (including distribution law) and insolvency matters. I have published several books and articles on commercial agency, on European cross-border insolvency, on evidence in international arbitration, on confidentiality in arbitration proceedings and on distribution law.
