Professional background

My practice focuses on EU product compliance, environmental, health and safety, and ESG matters, with an emphasis on circular economy, supply chain legislation, and biocides. I advise clients on a wide range of EU regulatory frameworks, including BPR, CLP, PPWR, the Waste Framework Directive, GPSR, Right to Repair, and ESPR.

My work also involves advising on emerging areas of EU regulation under the Green Deal, including circular economy law, corporate supply chain due diligence, sustainable product compliance and design, and environmental claims.

Before joining Fieldfisher, I worked at a leading Dublin law firm, where I assisted State bodies as well as multinational and national companies with commercial and regulatory law matters, both non-contentious and contentious, before the Irish courts and regulatory bodies.

I hold a First Class Honours LLB Degree from University College Cork, Ireland, and I am admitted to practice on the Roll of Solicitors in Ireland as well as the Brussels Bar (E-list). I am currently pursuing an advanced LLM in International and European Law at the Brussels School of Governance, Vrije Universiteit Brussel.

I am fluent in English and have a working knowledge of French and Gaeilge (Irish).
