Professional background
I specialise in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and broader corporate law, with additional focus on sustainable corporate governance and compliance. My expertise includes providing assistance in major corporate restructurings, both cross-border and local, such as mergers, demergers and asset transfers. I also provide strategic advice on day-to-day corporate and commercial matters. I have extensive experience in drafting a wide range of corporate documentation, advising on corporate governance, and facilitating both buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions.
I help clients navigate ESG requirements, with a strong focus on the CSRD and CS3D. I also enjoy working on cross-border matters alongside international legal teams.
I hold a Bachelor and Master of Law from KU Leuven, and an LL.M. degree from Tilburg University.
I am a member of the Brussels Bar.
I am bilingual in Ukrainian and Russian, with a proficient command of Dutch and English and good command of French.
