Barry Walsh of McDowell Purcell is speaking at the Legal Island half day seminar on 23 February 2016 on the Industrial Relations (Amendment) Act 2015. The Act is a major development for Irish employers and significantly changes the industrial relations dynamic for employers and particularly non-unionised employers with respect to collective bargaining. Barry’s talk will be of major interest for non-unionised employers who may be dealing with requests from unions or groups of employees to engage in collective bargaining. Several other experienced speakers from the IR world will also be presenting including Alan Haugh, Deputy Chairman of the Labour Court.
