Fieldfisher hosts PrivacyTech Workshop

On Monday 17th February members of our Technology, Outsourcing and Privacy team welcomed guests to the Merrion Hotel for an educational half-day workshop which looked at various aspects of Privacy Tech.

Dublin based Julie Austin (Partner) and Liam Corrigan (Associate) were joined by their UK colleagues Leonie Power (Partner) and Judy Krieg (Partner) to explore topics including:
 

• GDPR and CCPA overlap
• Adtech
• AI and managing the associated risks
• Tips and best practises for negotiating data processing agreements
