Professional background

I trained and spent the early part of my career at an international firm in both London and New York, working across a variety of finance transactions but with a particular focus on real estate finance and structured finance instructions such as securitisations, receivables based lending, capital markets and derivatives.

I have been in the Dublin market for over 10 years and I have been a partner in two other Dublin based international firms and founded my own business acting primarily on asset based/aviation financing transactions but also on Irish based real estate, venture capital and corporate financing transactions.

Since joining Fieldfisher in early 2022, I have focused on real estate finance, corporate finance and structured finance acting for banks, pension funds, and a broad range of corporate borrowers across a number of different industries on a range of Irish based domestic and international financing transactions.

Work to date has included financing Dublin located student residences, hotels and distribution centres and house building projects around the Dublin area; Irish elements to the financing of an acquisition of an artificial intelligence business and re-financing a high street coffee shop chain.

I am also a Notary Public of Ireland and hold a practicing certificate and continue to practice English law.
