I have extensive experience in advising professional regulatory bodies in respect of all aspects of their fitness to practise processes, from preliminary stage through to sanction.

I regularly advise clients in respect of Superior Court litigation, including judicial review, statutory appeals, sanction confirmation applications and interim suspension applications.

I also provide advices to regulatory bodies in respect of new regulatory frameworks.

I have lectured at the Law Society in the area of Healthcare Law.

Prior to joining the firm, I was a practising barrister, specialising in family law and child care law.
