I advise these public bodies in all areas of public, regulatory and administrative law. This includes investigations, complaints and discipline, litigation and registration. I also provide training to decision makers in disciplinary proceedings.

I recently conducted a comprehensive review of a State agency’s disciplinary procedures and made recommendations for change. In addition, I recently carried out a project to update and streamline codes of professional conduct and ethics for a healthcare regulator.

I also have a special interest in public procurement law and hold an Advanced Diploma in Public Procurement Law from King's Inns. I have advised public bodies in relation to the EC Directives, the EC Treaty and national procurement legislation, guidance and circulars.
