Professional background
I specialise in the investigation and preparation of cases for hearing before professional conduct committees of regulatory bodies. I am also involved in the provision of advices to regulatory bodies in respect of their fitness to practise processes, from preliminary stage through to sanction. I have extensive experience in examining medical records, obtaining witness statements and briefing expert witnesses.
I have experience in the preparation of judicial review proceedings, preparation of applications for hearing before the High Court and emergency suspension applications.
I have worked with the firm since 2017, starting as a trainee, before being admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in Ireland in 2020.

The report of the IRG into the Defence Forces was published on the 28 March 2023. The IRG was established on 25 January 2022 to examine the effectiveness of polices and procedures in the Defence Forces for dealing with bullying, harassment and sexual misconduct.
