I am a solicitor in the Restructuring and Insolvency Department. I advise and act for insolvency practitioners, including liquidators, examiners and receivers in respect of both contentious and non-contentious matters.
I also advise the Official Assignee in relation to all aspects of bankruptcy law including recovering misappropriated assets and the collection of all available assets with a view to generating a dividend for the unsecured creditors. This regularly involves litigation before the High Court and Court of Appeal.
I also advise and act for financial institutions in respect of debt recovery and Circuit and High Court enforcement litigation.
