Professional background

As well as having accrued significant experience in accounting law and in corporate law in general, I have dealt with the regulatory aspects of enterprises operating in the banking and insurance sectors, providing assistance in projects concerning the establishment of banks and investment funds, and the implementation of extraordinary operations of banks and insurance companies, and also dealing with the authorisation processes in relation to the supervisory authorities.

I represent clients in the establishment phase in defining aspects of corporate governance, as well as in operations - both ordinary and extraordinary -  such as with regards to M&A, partnership agreements, spin-offs and capital increases.

In my specialist area I deal with corporate governance for banks and insurance companies, as well as regulatory aspects concerning operations of extraordinary nature involving those enterprises.

Recently I have dealt with the negotiation and definition of agreements with banks for the debt restructuring of companies in crisis.

Before joining Fieldfisher I worked at one of the “Big Four” firms for twenty years. I have also covered various roles in the audit bodies of companies and banks.

I advise my clients in Italian and English.
