I have been particularly dedicated to the activity of legal consulting, as well as, in both litigation and pre-litigation, to that of representation and defense in all judicial and administrative courts.
I have operated in the interest of Public Administrations, Economic Operators and various SOAs.
As a dedicated scholar of the subject, I have also been involved in teaching for Universities and Educational Institutions, Trade Associations and Private Companies, as part of Conferences, Master's Degrees, Higher Education and Specialization Courses, Seminars etc.
Nonetheless, I have deepened my engagement in public procurement through publications, giving my contribution particularly in journals specialized in the field.
