Professional background
My particular expertise is advising clients on data protection and privacy law projects in many business sectors including industrials, construction and banking, having also obtained a privacy officer certification valid in Italy.
Furthermore, I regularly deal with commercial contract issues and M&A, private equity, venture capital and real estate transactions. I work on both national and international transactions. I assist clients in commercial and insolvency litigation and arbitration, an area in which I have gained in-depth and extensive experience.
I publish articles on corporate data protection and privacy law and speak regularly at workshops and conferences.
Before joining Fieldfisher I was a corporate and litigation associate at an international tax and law firm for ten years and at one of the Big Four accountancy firms for six years.
