I am a corporate lawyer with more than 10 years’ experience advising companies in the negotiation and drafting of domestic and international contracts, as well an in m&a operations.

The clients I work with operate in different sectors such as construction, fashion, mechanical and chemical industry, IT, pharmaceutical.

I have a wide experience in assisting clients in domestic and international litigation about commercial and corporate disputes, both before Italian Courts and national or international arbitrations.

Thanks to my experience in corporate law I have been also involved in assisting public companies and foundations in contractual and corporate matters.

My expertise expands to corporate restructuring, in particular I have a pluriannual experience in assisting companies during insolvency proceedings.
