During my career, I focused my practice on real estate sector and I advised important Italian and international companies in legal aspects related to real estate transactions, assisting the clients in the different phases of the projects. I gained extensive experience in drafting real estate contracts and, in particular, in those related to the different aspects (zoning, design, construction, safety etc.) of complex construction projects.

My expertise includes also due diligence activities and legal assistance in corporate and town planning issues related to real estate projects.
