My deep transactional and project development experience allows me to be a one-of-a-kind advisor in real estate and energy. I treat clients' commercial needs as priority in all aspects of my work, which my clients highly appreciate.

Energy
I'm a co-head of the Polish Energy & Natural Resources practice being responsible for energy infrastructure.

I led one of the largest factory developments on the Polish market in a field of zero-emission energy. Working on wind energy, both off-shore and onshore. Led various transactions involving energy power units developments, finance and trade. I started my energy experience on brown coal, hard coal, gas and evolved to the zero-emission generation.

Real Estate / Construction
I provide comprehensive advisory services on transactions in the real estate sector, both on buy and sell-side. I led some of the largest real estate transactions on the Polish market including cross-border transactions, with a particular focus on warehouse portfolios, office buildings and shopping malls.

I assist clients through entire complicated and long-lasting projects which allows me to fully understand their business needs and align the manner of providing legal services to these needs.
