I represent clients from various industries, especially in cases regarding unfair competition, non-performance and improper performance of contractual obligations, corporate disputes and labour disputes. I represent clients before both common courts and arbitration courts.
I assist clients throughout the entire disputes with the opposing parties, from the pre-court negotiation stage, through the court proceedings, to the enforcement proceedings.
I also have experience in representing clients as a defence lawyer in white collar crime cases and in administrative proceedings.
