Public Funding

For many years we have acted for clients with the benefit of legal aid. We were proud to do so and achieved great success in many cases with the assistance of this public funding. Many of our clients would not have been able to pursue cases without such support. It is with great regret that we have recently taken the decision to no longer act for clients under the legal aid scheme.

One of the reasons for this was that it had become so burdensome from an administrative point of view that our lawyers were spending a huge amount of time and resources liaising with the legal aid authorities. 

However, we have developed a bespoke "in-house" scheme based on a "no win no fee" arrangement. Please contact us so that we can explain how this "in-house" scheme operates. We consider that this will be the best way to fund your claim, notwithstanding that Legal Aid may still be offered at some other firms.
