BT engineer wins £205,000 compensation
Alan Waters was diagnosed with sarcomatoid mesothelioma in October 2007. Peter Williams was instructed to deal with his claim in the last week of November 2007.
Alan worked for most of his life as a BT engineer and was exposed to huge amounts of asbestos packing in cable runs.
The case against BT was completed in record time just after Christmas for £205,000 damages plus costs. It is particularly important for Mr Waters to know that his wife will be financially secure in the future.
