Cyclist injured on commute by van pulling out of side road

One morning in July 2013, I was knocked off my bicycle on my regular commute to work. I lost consciousness and was also left with a broken right dominant hand, concussion, vertigo, and significant shoulder and knee injuries that resulted in me having to take 4 weeks off work. I instructed a solicitors firm that was initially helpful, but who subsequently fell off the radar.

On the recommendation of an acquaintance, I transferred to Fieldfisher. It couldn't have been a more different experience! Following the result of the police investigation, Jenny however was able to persuade them to accept full liability. Subsequently, she arranged for me to have extensive medical investigations, rehabilitation and treatment that I otherwise would not have been able to have, all at the expense of the defendant.

Jenny and her colleagues guided me very smoothly through the whole process; they involved me when it was necessary, but otherwise dealt with everything themselves.
