Case Study

We act for a passenger involved in the BA crash landing at City airport

A commercial airplane with its landing gear down flies against a blue sky with scattered white clouds.

We have been consulted in connection with the BA flight which crash landed at London City Airport on 13 February 2009. The Air Accidents Investigation Branch is currently investigating the causes and is due to report the findings later this year.

We specialise in both aviation accidents and product liability. The AAIB is exploring a possible defect in the nose landing gear which may have led to the incident.

More information on this case will follow soon.
