Peter Williams acted for the family of a British tourist. He was killed in October 2010 when a Cessna 185 in which he was travelling with four other British nationals crashed over the famous Nazca Lines in Peru.
An accident report revealed that one of the pilots had been drinking and took off with the fuel selector valve in the “off” instead of “on” position resulting in a loss of power shortly after takeoff. A substantial sum was recovered on behalf of the family.
