Following a serious bus accident in West Croydon on Sunday 11th November, Mark Bowman has confirmed he has been contacted by a person injured in the incident.
At around midday, a double-decker bus collided with two vehicles and hit a bus shelter, leaving a teenage girl in critical condition and 19 other people injured.
According to the Guardian, the number 198 bus hit a car and a single-decker bus and crashed into the shelter after mounting the pavement.
The police confirmed that the male driver of the bus is in police custody after failing a roadside drugs screening test.
Mark Bowman said that other people may be in the situation of needing help from a lawyer to potentially access funds to fully recover from injuries sustained in the accident.
