The team, named the Legal Beagles, took an amazing three out of the four trophies – for furthest male and female distance and furthest team distance, beating rival law firms Leigh Day and Slater & Gordon.
Annie McBain and Robin Tubbs won the female and male sections, with Jenny Buchanan and Mark Bowman both taking fourth place. Head of the serious injury department, Jill Greenfield, also made a debut appearance.
More than £2,500 was raised for trauma research and recovery run by Barts Charity, After Trauma and the Centre for Trauma Sciences.
Jenny Buchanan, who coordinated the Fieldfisher team, said she was delighted to help raise money for Barts.
"The talented and world-renowned trauma team unfortunately all too regularly treat cyclists and pedestrians devastated in road traffic accidents and other accidents, many of whom we go on to represent. Their vital work, together with our determination to secure funding for further rehabilitation and financial support, helps puts people's lives back together following catastrophic circumstances."
The main focus of the day was to raise awareness of the high incidence of traumatic injury and the experiences of trauma survivors. It also highlighted the incredible health care provided by staff at RLH and the role of multidisciplinary trauma teams in dramatically increasing survival rates in recent years.
