Nevertheless the conference was a resounding success. The vast majority of delegates battled through to make it and the speakers were all there particularly early. John de Bono QC chaired the day.
The title "Court in the Middle" very much summed up the nature of the day. Who makes the decisions about peoples futures both medically and practically when they have suffered a major brain injury? Over 200 delegates attended including case manager, medical professionals and other lawyers. The feedback was fantastic and everyone went away have learnt something new about how court impact lives in the neurological arena.
