In an amazing feat, the Fieldfisher team 'Led Steppelin' has finished the Kili fundraising challenge in first place, scoring more than double the number of steps climbed of our nearest competitor.
All the HASAG panel firms accepted the challenge to climb the height of Kilimanjaro during the month of July.
The final results are:
Company | Team Name | Flights of Stairs | |
1st | Fieldfisher | Led Steppelin | 10,445 |
2nd | Larcomes | Sole Survivor | 5,203 |
3rd | Irwin Mitchell | The Red Hot Chilli Steppers | 4,750 |
4th | HASAG | The Blister Sisters | 4,500 |
5th | Slater & Gordon | Legs Miserables | 4,374 |
6th | Novum Law | Scrambled Legs | 4,100 |
Without our ultra-runner Bridget Collier, the team would still have been well placed, but Bridget would have come first even on her own, so major congratulations to her.
Andrew Morgan said: "HASAG continues to lead impressive fund-raising initiatives to support its fantastic work with the asbestos disease community. As ever, we're pleased to pledge our support.
