Paul McNeil's case of baby Syd is featured in the Sunday Times

The case of Syd, a baby boy who was failed by negligent midwifes was published online this week in the Sunday times.

His mother and father Mim and Tom Heyes commented:

"What happened to Syd and to us could so easily have been avoided"

Fieldfisher Partner Paul McNeil who represented the family went on to say:

"In Mim's case the hospital should have performed and emergency caesarean"
