Proceedings issued against Bob Geldof following traffic accident
We have issued proceedings against Sir Bob Geldof on behalf of Andrew Quinn, a man who was left seriously injured after his motorcycle collided with the star’s car.
Mr Quinn, a 42 year old father from Haslemere in Surrey, was riding down the King’s Road in West London when Sir Bob Geldof’s car made a U-turn in front of him, colliding with his bike and knocking him to the ground. He has suffered both physically and psychologically as a result of the accident and has been unable to return to his job at Microsoft.
Mr Quinn has instructed Jill Greenfield, partner in our personal injury department, to bring a claim against Sir Bob Geldof.
