After the dreadful events of the last couple of weeks, in which five cyclists have died in nine days on the streets of London, an article in the Guardian has highlighted comments made by London's mayor, Boris Johnson, in which he appears to point the blame at the behaviour of cyclists for these accidents.
In response to this turn of events, Jill Greenfield, partner at FFW, said "If you had this many deaths in a hospital there would be an inquiry going on."
Jennifer Buchanan, solicitor at FFW and a keen cyclist, said "'This is heart wrenching news which is and should be completely avoidable. Please do let us know if we can do anything to help any of the poor families. Simply devastating.'
