I have specialised in medical negligence claims since 2016, working with people injured through sub-standard care. I consider it a real privilege to use my expertise to secure clients and their families a better future.
I am known as being very approachable, which allows me to build a strong rapport with my clients, securing their trust and confidence to feel comfortable discussing personal health issues pertinent to their claim. This allows me to gain a full understanding of the impact of their injuries and their individual needs.
My caseload is varied, including matters of delay in diagnosis, surgical errors, care of the elderly, obstetrics and fatal cases. I am particularly interested in cases involving women’s health and birth injuries.
I have been involved in several charities linked to my practice, including ‘Make Birth Better’ and I participated in the King’s College London ‘Resilient Study’, aimed to shape post-pandemic planning for maternity care in the UK.
I assist partner Samantha Critchley and senior associate Suzanne Farg with their caseload.
