Professional background
I specialise in representing victims of catastrophic injuries and their families. I act for victims of spinal cord injury, brain injury, and other serious injuries.
My focus is on cases involving international law and many of my clients have been injured while overseas, as a result of serious accidents, medical negligence, aviation disaster and other life-changing events. I also act for foreign visitors injured in the UK. These cases require specialist knowledge. I am very experienced in this area, having acted exclusively in international serious injury cases for many years.
My motivation is to support clients and their loved ones during what is often a traumatic time following their injury, requiring immense resilience to adapt to new circumstances. I work closely with my clients and their families and friends, to understand their unique situation. I work tirelessly to get them the settlement they deserve to adapt to their new future and to achieve their full potential.
I am a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL), Pan-European Organisation of Personal Injury Lawyers (PEOPIL), Tourism and Travel Lawyers Association and American Association for Justice.
