Professional background
I work on matters related to company formation, corporate governance, and commercial transactions. I am particularly interested in how corporate law connects with intellectual property, competition law, and European Union regulations.
I graduated with a law degree from Kozminski University in Warsaw and participated in two Erasmus+ exchange programs in Italy and Spain, which strengthened my ability to work in international and multicultural environments. I am fluent in English, including legal English, and continue to develop my skills through practical experience and specialized legal training.
My approach is detail-oriented, collaborative, and proactive. I enjoy working closely with colleagues and clients to deliver clear, structured solutions. I am especially passionate about exploring how corporate structures operate in cross-border contexts, and how legal frameworks shape innovation, compliance, and business strategy. I have also completed several professional workshops and training programs focused on corporate transactions, competition law, and legal aspects of media and advertising, which have helped me deepen my understanding of business law in practice.
