Professional background
My core expertise also includes M&A transactions, corporate law, and commercial contracts. As Counsel at Fieldfisher Poland, I co-lead our Energy and Infrastructure practice, with a particular focus on renewables and nuclear energy.
Over the years, I’ve gained extensive experience managing complex transactions and administrative proceedings, including cases before regulatory authorities. I also advise clients on corporate matters, commercial real estate, ESG and EU climate policy regulations.
My dual qualifications—as a Polish advocate and a non-practicing solicitor in England and Wales—combined with my education in international management and business, allow me to deliver legal advice that’s both precise and commercially insightful.
I’ve been recognized in IFLR1000 and Legal 500 legal rankings in the areas of Project Development and Energy & Natural Resources, which I consider a reflection of the trust clients place in my work and qualifications.
Joining Fieldfisher Poland has allowed me to strengthen Fieldfisher’s local capabilities and support energy sector clients across the full legal spectrum
—from M&A and financing to project development and regulatory matters. I’m especially proud to contribute to pioneering initiatives like offshore wind farms and nuclear energy projects, which are central to Poland’s future energy strategy.
