My experience in the Litigation and Arbitration Department has involved drafting procedural documents, assisting clients, and preparing legal communications, while deepening my knowledge of civil law and exploring emerging areas such as intellectual property and technology law.
Before joining the firm, I obtained a master's degree in Civil Law from the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra, where I deepened my knowledge of civil law and explored its connections with other areas, focusing my master’s thesis on tenancy law and examining the nature and scope of tenant rights.
