Professional background

Professional background

I have over ten years of experience in labour law, with a strong focus on international mobility, global reorganisations, due diligence processes, and occupational risk prevention. My expertise also includes negotiations with works councils and labour unions, the design and implementation of equality plans, and representation in labour inspections, which has solidified my reputation as a specialist in comprehensive labour solutions.

Before joining Fieldfisher, I led the labour law department at Broseta Abogados, where I managed a team and advised on international projects. Earlier in my career, I gained extensive experience at firms such as Baker & McKenzie, Jiménez de Parga and Deloitte, further strengthening my profile as a labour law specialist.

I am also active in academia, teaching at institutions such as ESADE and contributing to specialised publications on human resources. I hold a Law degree from Universitat Ramon Llull, where I also completed a Master’s Degree in Labour Law and Social Security.
