I have experience in Civil and Commercial Law, specifically advising on a wide range of Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) transactions, representing both buyers and sellers.
I hold a dual Master’s degree in Legal Practice and International Law, Foreign Trade and International Relations from ISDE – Instituto Superior de Derecho y Economía.
I advise clients in both English and Spanish and I am a member of the Madrid Bar Association.
