Professional background
My extensive knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and regulatory affairs makes me one of the most experienced lawyers in the sector.
I have specialised in advising national and international companies in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, cosmetics and food sectors, with particular expertise in pricing and reimbursement, advertising, antitrust and commercial contracts. I also have experience in data protection and product liability matters.
I have been a member of the Conférence Bleue (European Lawyers' Conference on Pharmaceutical and Health Care Affairs) since 1997, and in 2012 I became a co-director of the institution as a result of my significant contributions and expertise.
I have the honour of being a corresponding member of the Royal Academy of Pharmacy of Catalonia. I am also a guest lecturer at the European Union conferences of the Carlos III University of Madrid and a speaker at the summer courses of the University of Navarra.
