Professional background
I am a lawyer specialising in corporate law, with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), capital markets, and corporate reorganisations. I have advised national and international companies on strategic transactions, participating in all phases of the process — structuring, due diligence, negotiation, closing and post-closing — as well as in legal matters related to securities markets.
I combine my professional practice with academic work as an M&A lecturer at ISDE – Higher Institute of Law and Economics, where I train new professionals in corporate transactions and deal practice.
My experience includes advising boards of directors and management teams, providing legal insight, transactional expertise and strategic vision.
