María Fernández

I hold a degree in Law and Business Administration and Management from the Centro Universitario de Estudios Financieros, and later completed the Master’s Degree in Access to the Legal Profession and Legal Advice for Companies at IE.

Before joining Fieldfisher Spain, I spent three years working in the Public Law departments of the international law firms Pinsent Masons and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer.

I have experience in M&A transactions, particularly in preparing due diligence reports, drafting and negotiating contracts, and handling administrative and contentious-administrative proceedings.
