Professional background
As an associate lawyer in the Banking and Finance department, I advise companies and financial institutions on national and international financing and refinancing transactions, particularly in real estate finance, acquisition finance and project finance. I provide counsel to credit institutions, debt funds and private equity firms in relation to all types of assets, including, among others, student residences and hotels.
I also have extensive experience in Civil and Commercial Law, particularly in corporate M&A transactions, due diligence processes for financing operations and corporate asset deals, corporate law and real estate transactions.
I hold a Law degree from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (UAM) and I am a member of the Madrid Bar Association (ICAM).
I work in both Spanish and English.
