I am a lawyer specialised in personal data protection and intellectual and industrial property law, with more than five years of experience in the field of information society and technology law.
I am also a certified Data Protection Officer under the Certification Scheme of the Spanish Data Protection Agency (CDPD/AEPD). Through the law firms I have worked with, I have served as a Data Protection Officer — or supported internal DPO functions — for a wide range of clients in both the public and private sectors.
