Professional background
I am a Legal Advisor in the Public and Regulatory sector, specialising in Law for Regulated Economic Sectors (Energy, Infrastructure and Transport).
I have experience advising both national and international entities on applicable regulations, public law and regulatory obligations. My work includes advising on public procurement processes and tenders, representing clients in administrative and contentious-administrative proceedings, and providing strategic guidance in interactions with government and regulatory authorities. I also advise on matters relating to energy and natural resources, infrastructure, urban planning, transport and the environment.
I graduated in Law, Political Science and Public Administration from ICADE (Pontifical University of Comillas) in 2015 and obtained a Master’s Degree in Legal Practice from the Distance University of Madrid.
I also hold a Master’s Degree in Advanced Specialisation in Law for Regulated Economic Sectors from the School of Legal Practice at the Complutense University of Madrid, as well as a Diploma in Practical Legal English from Aranzadi.
