Professional background
I am a senior lawyer in the Complex Litigation practice area, specialising in civil law and franchising.
I have more than five years of experience in civil litigation. Throughout my professional career, I have advised companies and individuals on a wide range of matters, both in and out of court, particularly in banking law, leases and franchising-related disputes.
I hold a Law degree from the Autonomous University of Barcelona. I later completed the Master’s Degree in Access to the Legal Profession at the same university, as well as a specialised Master’s Degree in Family and Inheritance Law at the Barcelona Bar Association.
