The Tax department provides both advisory and litigation services to a French and international client base, assisting them with all types of tax-related issues.

Our Expertise

The team acts for a number of corporates, financial institutions and multinational corporations on the reorganisation of the corporate structure of their domestic and international businesses, either as a stand-alone project or as part of a more significant corporate transaction.

Our practice includes advising corporate clients on restructuring and acquisitions, covering all tax risks relating to direct and indirect taxes.

The team has also developed particular expertise in the areas of:

  • Research tax credit 
  • VAT and payroll tax 
  • Taxation of investment funds 
  • Transfer pricing issues

In addition, the Tax department regularly advises on the specific tax issues affecting high-net-worth individuals and the management of private assets, in particular the taxation of investments made in France by non-residents.

The team has also developed a specific expertise on tax issues regarding blockchain, crypto-currencies and fintech.
