Procurement

Public procurement rules must be followed in letter and spirit by public bodies and utilities. They help ensure that public money is spent efficiently while also optimising the goods and services supplied to public bodies. Equally, the proper application of public procurement law guarantees fair and open access to public contracts for private entities, for whom such contracts can be the lifeblood of their business.
