I am a solicitor in the Real Estate Department. I am experienced in the acquisition and disposal of residential properties for lending institutions, local authorities and private clients.
I specialise in the acquisition and disposal of residential units intended for social housing. I act for Lending Institution in the disposal of distressed properties to Approved Housing Bodies under the Mortgage to Rent Scheme. I also act for a Local Authority in the acquisition of both second hand properties and new houses including requirements for Part V agreements. I have worked on a number of high volume portfolio acquisitions intended for social housing.
I also act for lenders in providing facilities for residential properties, which involves reviewing and drafting security document and advising on qualifications of title.
