Professional background

I am a Director in Dublin’s Real Estate Team. I specialise in acquisition and disposal of residential and commercial assets.

I have developed particular expertise acting for clients in large volume social housing transactions and portfolio acquisitions. I lead a team servicing acquisitions, sales and lending. I adopt a proactive and evolutionary approach to improving processes. I have developed customised process workflows for clients involved in volume transactions / volume instructions, fully supported by a suite of MI Reports ensuring clients are kept continuously briefed on matter status.

Examples of my recent experience include:

•   Working on acquisition of assets for social housing from individuals including two projects involving acquisition of over 150 units
•   Acting for a leading lender providing buy-to-let facilities to investors to include advising on taking security over investment properties acquired by pension backed funds. I recently worked on a refinance of a portfolio of over 50 assets with the combined value of over €23m by a corporate borrower
•   Representing leading Irish lenders and international accountancy firms in relation to the disposal of repossessed assets
•   Acting for a property developer in acquisition of lands for purposes of construction of infill residential development schemes, drawdown of development finance and acting in the sale of the completed units.
•   Advising on landlord and tenant disputes, drafting and negotiating commercial leases

I hold a Certificate in Commercial Contracts from the Law Society of Ireland.

I speak fluent Polish. I am listed by the Polish Embassy in Dublin as a Solicitor providing legal services in Polish.
