Our flagship focus area intersects across all aspects of the firm's sustainability work. Collaborating with individuals and civil society organisations, the firm has not shied away from tackling some of the systemic inequalities and barriers faced by disabled people through its Just Purpose initiatives.
A focus area that resonates with many, we collaborate with diverse organisations to champion the rights of children and young people to live in a safer and a more equitable and environmentally resilient world.
Fieldfisher supports refugee-led organisations to enhance access to legal, social, and environmental justice for individuals from refugee and displaced backgrounds.
Fieldfisher is led by the experts. Impact would not be possible without the leadership of civil society organisations. Driven by their organisational and operational needs, we help to build their capacity and support their mission across the pillars of Just Purpose.
The climate emergency requires a whole firm response. We are partnered with expert organisations to take climate action, from our flagship Rooting for Change programme, to facilitating green volunteering opportunities and providing pro bono support for environmental stewards worldwide.
Our Just Purpose initiatives are managed by a dedicated core team within the Sustainability and ESG department, supported by key advocates from across the firm. The strategic direction of these initiatives is overseen by the Just Purpose Board, comprising Fieldfisher's the Managing Partner, Sustainability and ESG Director, and Head of Just Purpose.
