Key priorities & progress
This interim report provides an update on our progress towards
our four key goals: ensuring Fieldfisher is an inclusive firm, delivering on
our environmental responsibility and striving for net zero targets, using our
platform to support our clients in achieving their sustainability goals, and
evolving our approach to align with international and industry standards.
Holistic approach to sustainability
We take a holistic and integrated approach to sustainability
across our business. We’re committed to fostering an inclusive workplace,
reducing our environmental impact, and promoting sustainable practices across
our firm operations and supporting our clients with their sustainability goals
and needs. Our climate and environment strategy strives to achieve Net Zero by
2045 by reducing carbon emissions and focusing on renewably sourced energy, optimising
sustainable travel, and integrating responsible sourcing. Additionally, our pro
bono and community programmes continue to create impact, contributing to
inclusive prosperity and advancing the global United Nations Sustainable
Development Goals (SDGs).

As we continue our journey towards a more sustainable
future, this interim report on our activities and progress is another important
step in our ambition and commitment to evolving our approach (including our
reporting practices) and delivering sustainable impact.
